This year all fruit was direct pressed and fermented in stainless steel in order to keep it as fruit forward as possible. About two-thirds of the wine went through secondary fermentation – giving it a rich creaminess.

A longstanding member of the Dazma family since day one, this wine keeps on giving. Our collaboration with Chris Oswin and his vineyard adds another layer to our love for this wine. Chris has been nothing short of legendary in welcoming us aboard.
